I was going to physical therapy and the only thing that helped was ice, a sacroiliac belt, and a TNS unit along with pain medication. Even so, it was only bringing down the pain at the most a moderate amount. The pain was so bad and debilitating, doctors were sure I had slipped or damaged a disk, but found instead I have some arthritis in one side in my sacroiliac joint and hip.In searching for something to help control and eliminate the inflammation and pain, I came across this product. After researching it I decided to give it a try. For me, my pain was greatly reduced and very quickly. This was the single most effective treatment I used to control and reverse the inflammation and pain. Nothing else had worked like this did. I was able to stop using the TNS unit, and didn't need to take any further pain pills.Since then, when I have a flare up, this is what I reach for in addition to the belt which helps stabilize the hip area. One of my daughters recently had been having knee pain which was believed to be from inflammation. This had been going on for weeks. She tried one dose (didn't ramp up to a full dose, but took a full dose right off the bat and I forgot to suggest that she start with 1, and it did give her stomach and intestinal cramping).
