I need to provide samples for a trade show that can't be more than 2oz. Would this mold be small enough?

I just did some quick mental math, and it looks like each well holds slightly more than 2 fluid oz.

Can yeast dough (as for bread) be baked in these?

Technically you can bake whatever you choose; however, the beauty of the design is in the cup portion. And to appreciate the design, your baking should have minimal rise, so the baking sits evenly with its bottoms up… full cups 3/4 full!

Cant this pan be used for meat loaf?

Yes… I haven’t tried it but it’s a heavy weight pan meant for baking in the oven. You can cook whatever you want in if!. Of course you’ll have to play with temperature and timing based on your meat/amount of fat, and the size of the individual cups. I’d start low temp and check often to ensure the meat doesn’t over cook.

Makes Magazine-Worthy Mini Cakes

This pan makes beautiful mini Bundt cakes! The size is perfect for 2-bite desserts that look magazine-worthy. I use my #40 cookie scoop to fill each cavity, and it is the perfect amount. A boxed mix with an extra egg gives me a total of 36 Bundtlettes. The pan itself is a good weight, not too heavy when filled but not so light that I fear it becoming misshapen. The pan releases well when properly prepped, and a short soak in hot water makes it easy to clean. Overall, this pan makes gorgeous little cakes and it looks really pretty in my cabinets, too.

Die kleinen Küchlein kommen wirklich toll aus der Form. (Man muss es aber auch sehr gut buttern und vorallem Semmelbrösel oder Mehl zusätzlich verwenden.) Dann sind sie echt süß!! Kamen auf jedem Fest gut an!
