Can you see through the top part ?

The pair of glasses I received have etched lettering along the tops of both lenses and it creates blurry spots. I bought these to have a wide field of view unmarred by rims and the etched lettering (logo and magnification) makes this pair of glasses unusable and I threw away the box so I'm not sure if I can get my money back. The pair I got the lenses are marred and ruined by all the etched lettering and nothing like that is shown in any of the product photos.

I have not had any problems with credit cards. Maybe it’s because I use chip cards instead of swiping. But it has erased multiple hotel keys.
