Depending on quantity, this costs 3 to 6 times more than generic Simethicone sold here; what makes this worth the extra money?

I have not tried the generic but my wife and I have used the name brand for year and are very pleased with the constant reliability of Simethicone. It is fast acting as well. Best strategy is to make a one time investment in the name brand and compare it to your experience with the generic. Be cautious with either product. One too many can have you in the John riding the porcelain bus for the better part of the day.

The product is suppose to be 3pkts x 36 softgels, as the photo and description says. Instead they were a pack of three with only 12 softgels per box. Also the boxes had expired 3months ago.

These little pills are life changing for me! No more stomach pains and they work very fast (or are a preventative method). I never want to be without these! Highly recommended!! Much cheaper on Amazon that at drug store.

I have found this to be the best anti-gas medicine I can find and I have tried them all. The cost is reasonable and the service is good. The product got here on the date promised and was in excellent condition. I will buy from Pharmapacks again.
