Great consistent flavor!
We smoked a nice spatchcock chicken on a PitBoss and used this rub, mixing it in Mayo to cover the bird. A dry-try, the rub has a combination of sweet and salty flavors. Some may find it salty but it cooks well in the smoker. We’ve smoked 4 chickens using this rub and the flavors are pretty consistent. The family enjoyed it!

Works great with chicken or pork. We smoked a whole chicken with some bratwurst. It turned out great!

Edit due to quality of service
Just because I didn't like does not mean most people wouldn't. It's not my taste. On to quality of service. This company offered me a refund on a product I chose to purchase, I opened, and I used some of the product. They did not have to do that. Much appreciated, but not necessary. Thank you for the offer. Grew up eating TX BBQ in the 1970's. Not sure what the modern obsession with "candied" meat is. This product does not work me. I'm sure many will like it.

Not for me, but taste is quite a subjective thing
You might like it - I didn't. Too spicy for me, but maybe I applied it too thickly. My only other gripe is that when I opened the package, I had to break the brick up, crush a lot of lumps, then filter out the rest (then crushed them, so there was no waste.
