## Description

Since 1850, MasterClass has been trusted for its reliable, durable and innovative products. This madeleine tray is no exception. Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this madeleine baking tray is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. It’s just the thing to master making delicate, fluffy madeleine cakes. Thanks to its specially shaped holes and exceptional heat transfer properties, it creates defined, golden brown cakes in snack-sized shell shapes. Each madeleine mould measures 5 x 3 cm (2 x 1 Inch). A 12 hole madeleine pan, for making larger cakes, is also available from MasterClass. Both madeleine cake tins are 100% PFOA, PTFE and BPA free.
