After using it for a few days, it does help but if you pull it too tight it can cause discomfort. I like it tight so it stops me from moving. I do sit at desk for long periods of time and this has helped. I will save and invest in another stronger one. But this one will do for now. It has helped. It is very light. Make sure you measure before buying.
