(I use it in my bathroom, and I live alone, so it doesn't get heavy use.)The only design flaw that I can detect is that when it comes to replacing the batteries--which I haven't had to do yet, I think it's going to be a bit awkward, as the battery compartment is on the bottom of the unit. This means that it will have to be lifted or tipped up so that the compartment can be accessed, and I'm not sure if this can be done elegantly.
