For me, this is mainly because I no longer have a strap going around the back of my head causing the mask to shift around every time I turn over. As an added bonus, I don't wake up with "strap hair" anymore. The ear straps on this mask are made from an elastic material, so there is just enough give to hold the mask on without feeling like my ears are being pulled forward on my head. The adjustable nose bridge feels like a small flat piece of thin flexible metal sewn into the lining on the bottom edge. (The strip runs from about the middle of one eye across the nose bridge to the middle of the other eye. For reference, I added 2 guitar picks to my photograph pointing to the ends of the strip within the seam of the mask.) Very flexible and easy to adjust, so it can be configured to fit any nose shape. The mask also came with a small storage pouch and a couple of ear plugs in a handy little tubular case.
