The best quality and a great value
Three years later and these headphones still work phenomenally. I use them for work and for music. In fact, the sound is so rich and vibrant, that I became inspired to write this review. Great bang for your $

PROS AND CONS
I purchased this product 5/23/22; it is now 10/7/22 - outside of the return window. I love almost everything about this product with a few exceptions. This headset was bought to work from home for an answering service. There are many pros to owning this headset. It holds a charge for a very long time. Usually, I charge every 3 days, but it is still at medium charge even then. I love that the the mute feature is easy to quickly access on the ear piece. It even has the red light at the end of the mouthpiece to remind me mute is on. I love that it is dual connectivity which allows me to listen to music on my iPhone in between calls from my computer. When a call comes in, the headset actually switches before the first ring, allowing me to answer the call faster. The noise cancelling is high quality as when I have a moment of silence on the call, my caller checks to make sure the call didn't drop. Now, the negatives... I wish the ear pieces were large to fit over my ears for greater comfort. They do have nice cushion but not adequate size for wearing for long periods of time. After a while, my ears are a little sore. Also the range cuts out if I get too far from the computer. This may or may not be typical and is not a big deal for me. I just noticed when i change rooms. The MAJOR draw back is either the quality of the material of the actual head band that connects the two sides, or the design of it . It is plastic, which may be common. Perhaps just mine has a defect in the curing process or something, but about a centimeter above the swivel point on both sides have cracked. I was able to use electrical tape to secure the one side before it could completely separate. The side with the swing arm for my voice, completely broke off. The line that gives it power is still in tact. I have tried using gorilla glue, but it does not hold. I tried gluing it again and then wrapping it in electrical tape. It held for a few hours, but separated again. A third and forth time, I used glue, electrical tape and broken pieces of chop sticks to try to keep it aligned and secure. Remains to be seen if this will hold. I would love if the company would reach out to me to offer a replacement. At it remains, if this doesn't hold, I will seek an alternate brand or price range with these features that I so appreciate. I would think for this price point though, it should have held up longer than 5 and 1/2 months. *** Edited to add *** I still like this product despite its flaws. I have since ordered this again, but I proactively strengthen the weak areas with black electrical tape. I use that so it blends with the headset and is not even noticeable. The company has not reached out to me, though I never messaged them directly either. This leads me to believe they don’t read their reviews. I have discovered another issue. The arm that swivels broke on my last one. I don’t know if it was my fault or a design problem. I was able to secure it in a working position with good ol’ electric tape and ordered another to have on stand by. It still works perfectly with no failure of the electronics of it. If I could find another with the exact same features, I would buy it instead, but I haven’t seen one so I continue with this one.

Extremely comfortable, above-average sound quality
If you don't want to read all the details, here's what you need to know: the headset is exceptionally comfortable, even when I'm wearing my glasses. Sound quality is significantly higher than what I expected. While this won't replace my high-end noise-canceling headphones, it's beyond adequate for office use. This is hands down the best "cheap" Bluetooth headset I've ever owned. The specifics: I use these for my marathon Teams meetings that seem to go on all day. The ear padding is soft enough to be comfortable even after extended wear. Pressure from the headband does create a mild pinch point where my glasses sit behind my hear, but this is easily remedied by lifting my glasses up a bit while wearing the headset. The perforated design of the earbuds give these ample opportunity to catch and tear on sharp objects, so be careful when tossing these in your work backpack. A simple headset bag will completely solve this issue. Battery life is above average. I haven't had to worry about these dying off during a meeting. The USB-C is a huge plus, as a lot of headsets in this price range still use micro USB. The physical mute switch is very welcome. Why don't more headset designers do this? I can tell by touch whether I'm muted or not. The only downside is that the switch doesn't seem to integrate with Teams, so it doesn't toggle Teams' mute status. In other words, regardless of whether my headset's mute button is toggled on or off, Teams constantly reports that I'm unmuted. This isn't a huge deal because, again, I can easily tell if I'm muted by just feeling the switch. It would be nice if this could be addressed through a firmware update. Voice quality is acceptable. Honestly, this is a wildcard with headsets in this price range. Some are going to sound great, some are going to sound muffled, but this one is right up the middle. I have a much more expensive hardwired set from another brand that sounds better, but that was more than twice this price. For what I paid, and given how I use this (Teams / Zoom), I can't complain. Some cheaper alternatives sound like those handsfree earbuds from the 90s, and this definitely isn't one of them. The app is simple. The built-in EQ's music and voice modes are good enough for most use cases. With my hearing loss, I find the voice mode really helps boost the upper frequencies and makes meetings much easier to hear. I'm knocking off one star because the app spams you with notifications. It's a headset; it doesn't need random notifications throughout the day.

Updated at the bottom. Go to work from home headset
Wfh essential! This is a great product for anybody who actually has to take calls or call center like work from home environment. I've been using it for months now and it's worth its weight in gold The noise cancellation is so good that I tested it with a co-worker while I was washing something in the sink and they could not hear the water. I also had a neighbor doing some sort of home repairs in the apartment next to mine that was banging around and asked another co-worker if they were able to hear any of the background noise or even hear my baby crying in the next room, no one was able to hear any of that. I work 11-hour shifts and take probably 30 calls a day and no customers complain about audio issues, background noise or not being able to hear me clearly. I've also heard recorded calls while I was using the headset and they come out very clear, my call quality is definitely noticeably clearer than the customers. The battery life is amazing. I always stick it on the charger for about an hour after I'm done with work. And it's always ready to go the next day with no issues. The only advice I have for anybody who has any problems with connection is to always turn on the headset when you turn on your computer and it's booting up and let it connect then before actually signing in. That seems to prevent any issues. The mute button is the best feature that I found. It does not make an audible noise when you push mute, which is great because the headsets that do actually end up cutting off part of the conversation, usually on the customer's side when they're saying something, and it's very annoying to hear it mute on or mute off while you're trying to listen to your customer. The other benefit of the mute button is that nobody knows that you place them on mute except you. The little red light indicator is super easy to just be able to look in your peripheral vision and see real quick whether or not you're muted. My son also has one of these headsets to use for his online school and he loves it. I've also connected this headset to my cell phone and the music quality on it is great. I did want to mention as well that when I'm working from home I do not have both of the ear cups over my ears, I only keep the side that has the microphone over my ear and the other one. I let sit kind of behind my other ear and it's super comfortable to wear all day long during an 11-hour shift. So comfortable that I only take it off during my lunch, on my breaks. I leave it on and barely notice it. The price point for this product is great, this can't be beat in terms of a Bluetooth headset to use for heavy computer use while taking calls, and it's such a great feeling to not be on a corded headset or what I like to refer to as a leash. I've also shared this product with a couple of my co-workers and they love it Just as much as I do. If you're on the fence about what to buy, this is the one. UPDATE IVE BOUGHT TWO NOW AND THEY STOP WORKING AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS. VERY DISAPPOINTED. TAKEN GREAT CARE OF AND THE MIC STOPPED THEN EVERYTHING STOPPED WIH BOTH SETS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO HAVE THEM BOTH STOP.

Very good quality mic noise cancellation
Mine broke off a plastic ear piece, but I'm considering buying another set. Bought early 2022. I had it in a backpack when it broke. How good is the noise cancellation? If the boom mic is in the up position so it's not in front of your mouth, the remote caller can't hear a thing, as if it's on mute. Lower it and you're back to normal. I do lots of Zoom meetings and the audio stays quiet until I speak. I tried to buy a $20 pair from another company but the noise cancellation was really bad. Had to return. Just be careful with them and you'll be fine. I use them all day listening to music and making calls and charge them at night. It's never below 100% charge. I can take calls while riding inside a city bus and the caller can't hear noise. I listen to music or YouTube on my tablet and it switches automatically when I get a call. It even puts the play back on pause during the call. I have never manually switched devices. I can pause one device and hit play on the other. The only caviat is that you can't hear both devices at the same time. Phone alerts are silent when listening to the tablet. I would definitely recommend but be careful with them.

Almost Great
Everything about this was fantastic, except three issues: The mic bar does not flip both directions, locking you into using it on only one side. (Minor gripe, for me.) The Bluetooth takes an extra long time to connect compared the many other bluetooth devices I use. (Another pretty minor gripe, it's only a few seconds longer, but occasionally doesn't connect properly at all.) The physical structure of the headset essentially disintegrated after only 2 months. The plastic of the headband broke under the slightest pressure, and after being taped up, continued to break over, and over again. It wasn't long before it was more tape than original headband. Had it not been for those issues, this would be the best headset I've ever even heard of, without exaggeration. The sound quality was great (until it started breaking down), the Mic worked well and was quite adjustable (only on one side of the head), there was an easily-pressed mute button with a light indicator on the mic to let you know it was on, and the ear-pads are the softest and least heat-reflecting I've ever had! If they just fix the durability of the hard plastic parts, this headset could be the best one on the market. Fixing the connectivity issue and the ability of the mic to position on either side, would make this BY FAR the best headset.

Great for work - video conferencing/conversations - not the greatest for music
I've never had a wireless headphone designed exclusively for work but this JLab had been eye-opening. Without the wires, it's truly handsfree audio. You can focus on writing or presenting while the conversation flows effortlessly. This headset is still in the budget range but JLab has focused on the important functions for a work headset: clear audio in the conversational range, comfortable to wear and long battery life just in case you're a workaholic, easy to use intuitive controls. That button over the earpiece which mutes the mic plus the red LED that tells you the mic is OFF is a godsend. No confusion about the status of the mic. It's so comfortable to wear, instead of taking it off when you're done, you're tempted to just leave it on in case someone calls you. It comes with its own set of blue cables. Thanks to this unusual cable color it's the only set of cables I own that is self-identifying. Setup and pairing is simple and intuitive. It will automatically pair with the last device but switching is simple. Let it auto-pair, go to Bluetooth, disconnect, then power down & power up again to force it pair with your other device. There is probably a simpler way, but this one I can remember. 1) Does it's job - 5 stars 2) Easy to use - 5 stars 3) Long battery life for long sessions - 5 stars 4) Reasonable price because it's still a unitasker. 5) Much more comfortable than holding a cell phone to your ear.

Not worth the price
Pros: light weight, comfortable, dongle and Bluetooth enabled, mute button, easy buttons, long charge Cons: USB-C dongle is shaped so that it actively blocks porta next to it. I had to buy a USB-C to USB adaptor to make room for it on my computer bc it won't hold my charging cable and the dongle. The mute button doesn't always work. This is NOT noise cancelling. It will pick up any little outside noise. Do not do dishes while taking calls or have your dogs playing in the room.

Functions well, and early arrival
I was pleasantly surprised by this headset's arrival several days ahead of schedule from the USA to Singapore. I initially had problem getting the mic to work and contacted the seller who offered to replace this headset. But after some more exploring the headset, I got the mic to work. It turned out that I misunderstood the red light at the tip of the boom mic to mean LIVE, and vice-versa. The real situation is the Red light indicates the mic is muted. Now, the headset works well, and I used it for Zoom and MS Teams meetings and able to momentarily walk away from my computer during the meetings. Will buy again for its quality and superb customer service. 5 Stars rating here.

Excellent (just short of perfect)
First of all, these headsets do not have a noise cancellation feature, so I have no idea whatsoever why Amazon want me to rate that feature. Obviously 0 stars for that. Even Jlabs don't make that claim! After that it had to be said that this is a terrific headset for the money. Light and comfortable, easy to install, runs for ages between charges. It's fair to say that it will satisfy 99.99% of users 99.99% of the time whether it's being used for an Office Teams meeting, multiplayer video game, to watch a movie or tutorial, or listening to music. Sound quality is pretty good with bass frequencies reproduced powerfully down to about 20hz with little flutter, although I was slightly disappointed to find that at the upper end the frequency response tops out at a mere 15khz. I was hoping for at least 18khz, but the cut off is so dramatic I suspect this is by design so that anyone using it for many hours continuously is protected from high frequencies that could cause headaches, so this could well be another very positive design point. Also it is basically marketed as office equipment rather than HiFi, so that's fair enough. I like that the mic lights up red when muted. When I'm awaiting my turn to speak in a Teams meeting, I mute my mic on the headset not within the Teams app. This means I'm not frantically trying to get my mouse back into the right place to unmute myself when my turn comes - I just click the switch on the right earpiece and I'm on. The mic arm rotates both ways so you can have it on the left or right side, but if you have it on the left, the left and right stereo channels are flipped, so if having stereo sound with the mic on the left is important to you, make sure your phone or sound card can flip the stereo channels back for you. Overall, 4.99 stars.
