Review: Great bulbs! Love the ambiance of these yellow bug free light bulbs! - Brighter than I expected for the low wattage but I like them very much ! They keep the bugs away on my 8 light posts around my pool , so I can swim at night without being eaten alive by mosquitoes and other bugs. They seem to last ,of course only time will tell . Promised 2 day delivery but desertcart didn’t ship them from the WEST coast to the East coast until the day they were supposed to be delivered. SEEMS TO BE TYPICAL FOR desertcart THESE DAYS ! I miss the “ old “ desertcart , quality items , fast delivery and excellent customer service but as with so many other things … those days are gone for good I fear. Brighter than I expected for the low wattage but I like them very much ! They keep the bugs away on my 8 light posts around my pool , so I can swim at night without being eaten alive by mosquitoes and other bugs. They seem to last ,of course only time will tell . Nice low blue light lightbulb, the yellow is pleasant and comfortable on the eyes, and it does keep bugs away. However, it is not damp rated, so it probably should not be marketed as an outdoor light. The box says "Do not use in wet or moist conditions." So far it's working on my porch, but it remains to be seen how long it lasts.
