The Velcro part is sturdy and I’m impressed with how solid the metal rings are. They’re easy to slip over my ankle and they’re adjustable to fit perfectly. Mine are solid black so it’ll blend in better with my clothing. You can store them flat in your bag or keep them in the shape for quick access at the gym.
