Although I was not happy that a DNA test was necessary; being able to take this one in the privacy of my home was a relief. Insrructions were precise. This DNA was easy to do. Communication from the company while waiting on results was much appreciated. Results were quickly returned.I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this test kit, mailed it in 2 weeks ago. No call from test center, I called them directly and left a voicemail and still have not received a response days later. Might want to find another tester as my experience was completely different from the other reviews which is why I picked this one. I am not tryin to get a refund or anything, I just want the results or even a call back..
