I bought this biochar before I knew what it was and that it's possible to make your own, although I'm honestly not sure if I would make my own biochar.I incorporated this biochar into all of my container gardens and my plants are growing well. I also amended with plant-appropriate fertilizers, and used coconut coir; we'll see how it all goes. So far, everything is growing exceptionally well, so I'm optimistic.This biochar is easy to dispense - poke the perforated hole in the side and pull out the top of the clear plastic bag and start sprinkling.
