I have been buying these for years now. They are the best for food prep. I put one down on my quartz counter top without any cutting boards and they work the best for chopping. They are Flexible so you can chop and drop right into your pot. No spilled food. I also lined my refrigerator shelves with them. They protect so well. If there's any leaks you just have to remove it and clean it without struggling to clean the shelf itself. Plus you cant even tell they are on the shelves because their clear. They are durable and last for a long time. Best buy and will keep buying them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These plastic cutting boards are so convenient and have many other uses. I have them on my white counters to eliminate splashes while cooking messy meals. They’re also great by the sink area to protect constantly wiping while doing dishes. They’re also very easy to rinse off and clean. Very low cost and practical to keep handy!

got what I ordered, and they work as expected

As many indicated these are thin a little more than 1/2 a mm thick. This is exactly what I was looking for. they are durable enough, flexible enough and cost friendly for for both longer term and short term use. Great to take with for camping, not having a heavy large cutting board just to protect knives. Easy enough to pack, and can be used multiple times. Great to use for rolling out small batches of biscuit or cookie dough to protect counters and work surfaces.

Sixteen packets may seem like a lot but I keep finding more uses for it. They are perfect for protecting counters, desktops or any surface. I use them in writing tablets as it prevents any indentation onto the next sheet. They are easy to cut with scissors so it’s perfect for lining any container. It’s sturdy so even small pieces lie flat and do not curl but has just enough flex. I’ve stopped giving them to friends and relatives cause they always want more

I actually bought these for a project not related to what they are designed for and they are quite adequate. As for what they are, they are fine. Not a cutting board. These are thin and very flexible. I only needed one, so my wife will enjoy the second one to be used as it should be. The fact you can bend them a bit makes it very useful for guiding what you have sliced into a bowl or on a plate without making a mess. Not for deboning. Put it over a cutting board, don't use it as a cutting board alone.

I prefer a thinner cutting board over the thicker ones because they tend to stay flat rather than curl on the edges. However, the 2nd time I used one of these, my knife cut right through it.

These are great for protecting the table from playdough, paint, and other kids' crafts, always handy to have and easy to store between books on the bookshelf.
