I have arthritic shoulders.** A: You probably should try this and decide if it's for you. I say that because I have multiple arthritis disabilities and have tried *so* many bras. My fingers couldn't handle front closure models whether hooks or zipper. Tried back closure models which sounded ideal except for the closure but twisting the closures around to the back wouldn't work at all - just too painful. Likewise, racetrack models are both difficult to get on and also uncomfortable once I do. So, even though I've continued searching, trying for a bra with more support, this is the one I've worn just about exclusively for the past 8 years. Round the clock, actually; I have daytime and separate nighttime bras - same model, different color. I bring my shoulders and back are "happier" this way. Ah! Back to putting it on. I have a bust size of 54" and wear a g-h bra usually. I got this one because I wanted something soft to sleep in and easily pull down because I am breastfeeding at this time... it fits me well and I can wear it around the house if I am not expecting company. It holds the breast well but gives no lift to someone with large breasts. It is very comfy and easy to pull on over the head and get off. It is a soft breathable material, and worth the money. I cannot see the full question, what I am reading stops after the words 2x an, but I am betting that you would find it comfy and worth buying if you are looking for what I have described. If you are looking for good bra support or concealing nipples when they are hard, this bra is not for you. It has a lot of give to it and is very stretchy, but great quality. **Q: I'm a 34a-b will the small fit me?** A: I am 5.5 138lbs and 32c. I ordered Medium and Small and the Small is a much better fit and comfortable. The straps on the medium, on me, are a bit too long/saggy.
