To manage his breath and prevent infections from occurring, I try to remove them myself when I can. Using a plain ole Qtip was just not working so I got this in hopes it would make it easier. The light attachment has helped a lot. I only use the longest attachment because I have no clue what to do with the one piece that looks like a tweezer and the other one is too long. If the attachment I use was longer, it would be perfect. I don't know how to say this without sounding funny but his tonsils are far back with deep pits that the tonsil stones made and I'm having to shove my hand deep in his mouth. We always end up laughing our butts off every time from the awkwardness of my fist being in his mouth.
