Review: I purchased my first Savor Folio here on desertcart, and like a couple others had some issues with the glue falling apart. I initially left a negative review, but decided after some time to reach out directly to the company through their website. Very happy I did, because the customer service was 10/10. The Savor team were so friendly and helpful. They sorted out the issues (bad batch of glue) and sent me a replacement right away! My new Folio is in perfect condition, and I am pleased to say, one month later, that the glue is holding strong. I also have a Baby Vault Keepsake box and love both. These are so convenient and useful!

**Q: What is each label titled?**
A: Hi, thanks for your question! Each label has a different title and icon for a different key item, from a passports to passwords to medical to social security cards and more. Let me know if you have further questions. Jenny

**Q: Can I add more envelopes?**
A: No. There is no place to add more envelopes, but it has room for manilla envelopes.

**Q: When will the Gray restock?**
A: Hi, we aee sending more today and some are on their way.  Should be just a few days., just waiting for amazon to get them into the warehouse.

**Q: How many papers can fit in each folder?**
A: Depends on which folder. The bigger ones can fit at least 10pages each (or more- that's just what I have in them right now). The smaller ones can fit a decent amount in them too.

I purchased my first Savor Folio here on Amazon, and like a couple others had some issues with the glue falling apart. I initially left a negative review, but decided after some time to reach out directly to the company through their website. Very happy I did, because the customer service was 10/10. The Savor team were so friendly and helpful. They sorted out the issues (bad batch of glue) and sent me a replacement right away! I honestly didn't like this folder. I hardly fits anything. I couldn't even fit A4 sized papers. It just becomes unnecessarily bulky.
