Are the canadian and us red rose original black teas the identical teas simply sold in different packaging or are they a bit different?

I would hope they were the same. Red rose US is the only tea I drink, if that helps. Also, I didn't know there was a Canadian Red Rose. According to a Google search its owned by the same company and it is a different blend of black teas.
