Not a taste you crave but to get 30g of Protein, it's a no brainer....
I was skeptical about these but when you have to get 150g of Protein a day you are willing to try things that allow you to get a large amount vs the # of ounces. Having 2 or 3 oz shots to get 30g of Protein I can handle even if the taste is not the best. I can get this bottle down in 2 large drinks so the taste does not deter me from getting my protein. This is going to become a staple in my panty and fridge.

Watch how you count your protein using these….
Protein shakes are a more calorie efficient way to get your protein. These are over half collagen protein, which does not count towards our daily goal. They are not being transparent about how much complete protein they include but by the ingredients list, less than half. So I'd count it as no more than 7 grams of our "goal" protein for 60 calories, You'd have to drink 4.25 of them at a total 250 calories to get the same 30 grams of protein as a 160 calorie premier or fairlife shake. Upside is the other calories are collagen I & III, which are good for hair, skin and nails.
