If you just slide out the drawer under the oven. The label with the model and serial number should be right there on the frame where the door closes against. If it isn't there it could be under the top. These drip pans should be placed individually in separate padded envelopes and then shipped in a small box with paper to prevent movement. I have purchased drip pans from 3 vendors and shipment has been identical with pans getting stuck together and dented because of poor packing in a bag style envelope which is quite susceptible to damage from heavier mail items. I thought this time with USA the shipping experience would be good. Very disappointing. I realize that dings and bent marks are not easily visible; only 1 of 4 were damaged, one of the 8" drip pans.
