Review: Due to a family member contracting Alpha-Gal, we've had to make some eating habit adjustments (Or as they've said, they were forced to go vegan..lol) So far this is the best shelf stable TVP we've tried. Tasting it dry out of the bag, it's very reminiscent of Grape-Nuts. Cooking-wise, this is some pretty good stuff with a decent protein macro. It's also relatively filling. Once cooked, it's very hamburger like in how it chews or it's mouth feel. Great for tacos and sloppy joes.
