Women's Pull On Linen Blend Drawstring Relaxed Fit Wide Leg Pant

This review is to help women with not classically, perfect figures: I am 5’7” and 67 years old. For reference, I wear about an 18w. I bought these in a 3X, and although I liked the fit at the waist, they were huge in the seat and thighs. When I was younger, I was very wide at the hip, and flat in the stomach, and these might have worked in a 2X. Now I am thicker in the middle, while my hips and legs are much slimmer. I thought I might re-order these in the 2X, and then I took a chance and ordered the XXL instead. The size chart indicates that both sizes would be about the same in the waist and hip. I don’t think the plus-sized pants are cut the same way at all. The XXL fit me in the waist and upper hip area, but they have a much leaner fit in the lower hip area and the thigh. For me - perfect! 😀… But back in my younger days, when I was relatively trim everywhere except my generous thighs and hips… then the 1x or 2X plus size with the wider legs would have been a much better fit than the XXL. Since these are stretchy in the waist, ordering for waist size is not as critical. I know everybody carries their weight differently, so I hope this helps you choose which size to buy. I think these are going look great on me this summer. They were pretty much the right length - maybe 31 inches? I do expect them to shrink an inch or so and I am fine with that. I haven’t washed them yet, but I will probably hang them to dry and then put them in the dryer to finish. I’m not planning to iron these. I like the ecru color I a lot. I’m looking forward to making these into some great summer outfits. I love the fact that these have two back pockets and two nice big nicely-tailored front pockets as well. I hope this helps!

Tried on a LOT of disappointing lightweight and supposedly “linen” pants. The length on these is good for me at 5’4”. I bought both 2X and 3X. Both fit like in the photo (Thank You) and seem true to size. The 3X was of course more comfortable, but required rolling over the waistband. The 2X had the correct rise, but the waistband was a bit snug. (but I am admittedly built like a meatball). I ended up choosing the 2X as it looked less bulky, felt less heavy to wear and importantly less weight in my suitcase. The colors are true and rich, so I got Terra cotta, navy blue and the green, being that they were reasonably priced. (Thank You) I machine washed the rust colored pair on warm/cool normal cycle with a color catcher sheet and no color showed on the catcher. I pulled them out and shook/snapped/hand smoothed them and laid them out to dry. No need to iron and no shrinking! (THANK YOU!) I liked the smooth finished, lux, no stretch, more natural feeling fabric. Can’t speak as to sheerness having bought darker colors, but am really pleased overall. I can stay cool going elegant or BOHO with these, without putting on a show if caught in the rain. Cheers~

I’ve purchased several pairs of Amazon Essentials linen pants over the years, and they’ve become a staple in my summer wardrobe. This is my second pair in the ecru color—I'm hard on the lighter shades—so I was pleased to see that while the fabric is a slightly different tone than my previous pair, it's still a flattering light tan that goes with everything. The fabric is light and breathable, perfect for warm weather, yet has enough weight to drape nicely without clinging. There’s a slight stretch for comfort, and the fit remains relaxed and easy to wear. One feature I really appreciate is that the pockets don’t show through the fabric, unlike many other linen pants I’ve tried. While you’ll still want to wear light-colored undergarments, the material isn’t overly sheer. I take these pants with me every summer to Europe—they’re ideal for sightseeing during the day and can be dressed up a bit for casual evenings out. The waistband on this newer version feels slightly stiffer than past iterations, but it’s not uncomfortable and doesn’t detract from the overall wearability. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and will likely keep coming back for more.

First, the good news: I was pleasantly surprised by the cut of these pants through the waist and hips. For me, this is always the crucial test for a pull-on pants because I am cursed with a waist-to-hip ratio of roughly 1:1. I usually wear a 12-14 pants (closer to 14 these days, if I'm being really honest with myself), and these fit well through the hips and the waist. There is a true drawstring that helps cinch it in if you need that, but I'd say these are relatively generous through the waist. The second pleasant surprise was the weight of these pants. I was hoping to have something that would be acceptable for summer casual work settings, and these fit the bill. They don't appear susceptible to the instantaneous wrinkling of some summer linen pants, and the heavier weave of fabric gives them a nice drape. Now, for the bad news: I am 5'4" long and my legs are just long enough to make most petites too short and regular pants a bit too long, but I am generally better fit by regular than petites. These fall in the "too long" category, at least for me. I'll need to wear platform sandals or a shoe with a built-up heel to pull them off this summer, but that should look really fantastic with the wider leg. Finally, with the heavier fabric these will be warmer than I'm used to with linen pants. Add in the black, and they will be mostly relegated to more temperate outings!

These pants offer incredible value—you’d be hard-pressed to find this comfort and quality at this price. I bought both the navy and ecru colors, and they’re true to size with excellent stretchiness that moves with you without sagging or losing shape. (5"3", 124 lbs, size Small) The fabric feels rich and durable - soft to the touch yet sturdy enough to hold up through regular wear. They’re super comfortable, ideal for replacing sweatpants without sacrificing style. Even after tossing them in the dryer, there was zero shrinkage. If you're looking for everyday pants that combine comfort, quality, and affordability, these hit the mark effortlessly.

On a 5'8 120-125 lb frame (36 hip 28 waist 31 inseam), the medium fit is roomy and falls to about 3/4 inch from the floor. The rise is 9 inches to top of waistband - not quite as low or snug as depicted, though the small may have fit as shown. The legs are wider than in the images. Fabric is lightweight yet not too thin and they are a well constructed comfy casual pant (chambray pinstripe). Looking forward to seeing how they stand up to wear and laundering. Happy with them so far. Navy is on the way.

Je n'ai pas gardé l'article qui pourtant est un tissu de bonne qualité à mon humble avis. Juste trop grand au vu de la taille indiquée. J'avoue qu'il est difficile de commander par internet. Si taille asiatique, il faut commander plus grand, si taille française il faut commander plus petit. Je ne fait pas d'échange de l'article, je pense que pour ma fille il vaut mieux un essai en magasin. Elle a des soucis au niveau des jambes suite à une maladie et c'est compliqué. El pantalón es cómodo, la tela es gruesa pero fresca, no se transparenta. La talla viene más amplia por lo que si quieres que te quede más justo pide una talla menos de la que regularmente compras. Me gustó el pantalón, compré 2 aunque me quedaron grandes. Los lavé y no encogieron ni se deslavaron. Buena calidad.
