Then the fun started!!! After turning on the machine for the first time, the descaling indicator went on, i owned other machines from Delonghi, like magnifica and dinamica plus and never had such encounter to ask you to descale from the first second you turn it on! After going through the descaling process, the option to make coffee with milk drinks is never lit up, the same as other people have complained about! I followed all the setup instructions very carefully, but still the milk system doesn’t work. The light doesn’t even turn on. To make it worse, we have ordered 100 capsules, and now we cannot return them as we tried to use couple of them to get the machine to work. Very disappointing experince.
