After waiting 3 months, I decided to go "stealth" and buy another rake, which I will not leave at the barn (the telescoping handles makes it perfect to store in my trunk). I ordered the Forever Fork and am very pleased. Easy to assemble, lightweight, and head looks sturdy. I use shavings for my mule, and this is great for keeping waste of shavings to a minimum, while getting the manure. I had been using the owner's rake with metal tines after mine broke, and hated it; manure would fall through. If you try to hoist a 20 lb. pile of mud, hay and poop (which my barn mate did and broke the handle on my last fork) then, yes, it will probably break or bend. I am very easy and careful with my rakes, so with reasonable use, this Forever Fork should live up to it's name. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best fork EVER!! *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2017* This is the most awesome fork I have ever used. I recently purchased 2 different replacement heads as my wooden handle was still good. Both broke tines within the first 10 days of using them each. I don't feel I am hard on my forks, I have 2 mini's and 2 spotted saddle horses who are not in stalls every day so I don't have allot to clean. very disappointed in those two forks, what a waste of money. I researched this Forever Fork and felt it was quite pricey but after reading all the reviews on it decided it would be a worth while investment. I was not disappointed in this one! Worth every penny as far as I am concerned. If you have stalls to clean, I highly recommend this fork. It will probably be the last one you ever buy. I know it will be for me. ### ⭐ Head snapped in half in about a month *by R***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2017* I have a 7 stall barn and go through pitch forks relatively quickly between cleaning stalls and then spreading it out after dumping the wheelbarrow, picking piles out of the fields, and taking them to shows, etc. I don't think I use them in a way that is outside normal use at all though. I was super excited to try the forever fork and see if it would last longer than 6-8 months than our normal ones ( mostly broken tines). I was extremely disappointed when the head of this fork snapped in half after about a month. When I went through Forever Forks website asking how I could get a replacement or refund, they never responded. To be fair, I didn't call them so maybe their customer service is excellent by phone, but I would have expected at least a response by email. For how expensive this is, I would have expected it to last longer.
