NAR Gourmet jams and marmalades are monitored closely during their cooking process and production, to ensure NAR Gourmet’s high-standards are met. Each piece of fruit is processed by hand and handled with passion, love and care to create a unforgettable taste sensation. All fruits are carefully selected for use, and are seasonally picked. They are regionally sourced from bio-diverse soils of Anatolia; and the fruits are hand-cut to avoid bruising and to preserve their natural flavor and texture. They are then slowly cooked and allowed to thicken without the use of pectin or any kind of additives. There are more than 15 different varieties of preserves available, which range from artisan crafted orange peel, bergamot and sour cherry jams, to the world famous Anatolian apricot and fig marmalades.
