Aretha Frankensteins Waffle Mix (Waffle) 3-pack

A review of waffle makers cited this recipe as their favorite, and made from scratch, it is indeed excellent. This product is the same, all dry ingredients in it, you add the fresh ones (eggs, oil, etc.), and excellent waffles. Aretha Frankenstein's is a wildly popular place in Chattanooga TN, the line for breakfast and brunch goes around the block, this is an easier way to experience it. There also is a pancake mix, have it but have not tried it yet. The Cuisinart WAF-300 is the maker we got, top-rated, $84 via Amazon, more expensive than other units that produced excellent and consistent waffles but not as easy to clean nor as flexible as this Cuisinart unit. These are wonderful. I wish they were less expensive but we are saving them for special occasions. I’m also addicted to the Aretha pancake mix and will use no other brand since I’ve become a real fan.

I bought this as a "splurge" gift for my wife and I. Love the product, but I won't buy again. Too $$$.

My family loves this Pancake Mix so much we purchase it as gifts. Delicious!

The best we have tried so far in our journey for the ultimate waffle. Cracker Barrel is great but this is better. If I were King this would be the official waffle mix.

We love this stuff. Both the waffle and pancake mixes(they are separate). You have to follow the instructions (easy) and use “Real” buttermilk, etc., but never had better!

Nothing special about these waffles but they were good. I was expecting more after reading all of the hype about them.

As a Chattanooga, TN native, I think this waffle mix is the next best thing to eating them at their restaurant and you won't have the long wait time! Yummy waffles!
