I just looked and these are made in China. **Q: afte to use this can i put tire cleaner on it to clean my tires or will it rub off ?** A: Not sure but it is water based so I suspect it will wash off. **Q: Can these be used on coloring books?** A: Probably not. I bought these to use on my preschool classes art projects, and was very disappointed to find that they don't work on construction paper, the paper just absorbs the paint.
