A: Mine came with xtra pivot heads with blades already attached to the heads.

A: No, these are non-sterile.

**Q: is there a starter set?**
A: For blades ?????????????

**Q: The blades say single use. Is this meaning use 1 blade per person or you can only use one blade for 1 shave then toss it? Thanks!**
A: I have used the blade many times.  Though it seems to still cut ok without irritation.  But I would encourage the blade changing after about 5-6 times.
