I walk 5 days a week for my job & find on many nights that my calf muscles ache & I need to massage the knots out. By taking these I practically eliminate that need. I have even found that half a tablet is enough to take the ache away before it even arises. I always fill the glass with water and chuck in the tablet after (not tried it the other way, but it is suggested to put in last anyway). Easy as. It fizzes and dissolves quickly. As long as you leave it til it clears to a settled look it's fine to drink. I find it a really decent flavour.
