This is great for cutting PVC pipe. My other cutter smashes and squeezes the pipe and gives an uneven cut. This brand gives a clean, straight edge. Highly recommend.

Read a review that said it cracked the pipe when cutting. Yes, it will if it is old pipe. However, on new pipe, it seriously cuts like butter. Nice, neat cut with no rough edges to file down. I wholeheartedly recommend this product!

I only used this cutter on 1 1/2 inch pipe and it was very difficult for me to keep them straight enough for a usable cut. The first cut I made with it was on and old piece of 1 1/2 inch pipe and the cutter broke the pipe after just a couple of strokes. Left me with a lot of grinding and filing to repair the top of pipe (broke it pretty jagged). Would only recommend these if you don't need particularly good cuts (but at least it doesn't leave plastic sawdust in your pipes), but even though it makes crooked cuts it didn't break a piece of my new pipe!

So far, I have used this for my Halloween haunt this past year and it is amazingly easy. It cuts the tube almost like a hot knife in butter. I am not using this every day as I am using this for specific tasks. The quality seems good and I have not seen any nicks or dents in the blade so far. So far, I've used it on 4 and half PVC pipes. It was able to cut those with ease because of the locking mechanism it uses so you are not having to use hand muscles. For my low use, this was a great value because it works and seems sturdy. I already have plans on what to cut next for garden use this year.

Cuts through thick PVC like butter! Amazing product! Very easy to use and very effective. I used it to connect Dust Separator to a Shop Vac. Worked like a charm

Great pvc pipe cutter. The only problem is getting the exact replacement blades. The replacements here don't work as well as the original blade that comes with the cutter. I plan to email the manufacturer and see where I can get the original blades. The replacement blades squish the pipe which isn't good at all. So, cutter awesome. Replacement blades not so good.

Good set of cutters, used it on 32mm water mains pipe and 63mm electric duct on site and cuts with ease.

I'm really wondering where the reviews come from... 4.3*? No way, on first cut the blade is dull and forget about clean cut .. Simply look at the pictures... Explains itself!
