Though, this is not exactly what I was looking for because they are more of a delicate stype of plate. I do like the thickness of the coffee cup, and bowls. I have not used them, because of the style. I am afraid of breaking the plates. For me these are more of a decorative set to put in a china cabinet. Which I dont have. So they will stay in the box. I will not purchase another set of fine dishes over the internet, due to the dishes chipping. I have chips on my plates, that is how delicate they are. I did not contact the seller in regards to the chips. I just chose not to. If your looking for a fine dinnerware place setting this may be for you, but it was not for me. I was glad to have recieved these at a discounted price for my honest and unbias review. This is in my own words, and examination of the dinnerware. They’ve definitely exceeded my expectations! This set comes with 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates or dessert plates, 4 mugs, and 4 bowls. The bowls and the mugs are green and the plates have the lilac pattern on them. They arrived safely and in one piece!
