is the can metal or plastic?

The 500g container is a sturdy cardboard coated in silver. The lip and bottom are metal, the lid is #4 plastic.

There are many choices in inst. coffee. Could someone describe the flavor/flavour of this coffee, pretty please?

This is a great tasting instant, bold and flavourful. Tastes like ground coffee with the convenience of an instant. There is a small amount of insoluble grounds in the cup after drinking. I love this brand

can someone touch on mind boost strength of this?

This coffee has strong but smooth flavour and I missed it so much when I moved from UK to USA that I get it shipped to me here by Amazon. It always sets me up nicely for the day when I have a cup for breakfast and picks me up if I need it later in day.
