As for how I use it, I first prefer to become erect to make application a bit easier. Then I squirt one pump onto my right forefinger and one pump onto my right thumb. Then I massage the cream into the skin while holding my penis between those fingers. My biggest complaint about this product is that the directions say to rub a small amount onto the skin "until noticeably absorbed". The problem is that it absorbs way too fast! I wouldn't mind at all if I had to keep rubbing and rubbing and rubbing to work it in. ;-) The bottom line: It's worth trying if the skin of your penis is anything less than perfectly healthy and happy. However, don't expect it to dramatically increase your sensitivity.
