    Great relief for foot pain. =)

I'm pretty flat footed as it is and then I do a lot of jumping and working out on them which makes it even worse. Someone told me that I should roll my foot out occasionally with a lacrosse ball to review the pain. This did the trick! I searched online and this was the best deal. I have one at home and one at my office for under my desk. I roll out my feet every chance that I get. This is a great product and very economical too.

    Too Hard for Trigger Points

I bought these for tripper points but they are TOO HARD.  I mistakenly bought 3 sets, one for my daughters each and myself.  None of us like them.  They do not have any flexibility or softness whatsoever.  We are used to the foam rollers I guess.  I have tried some blue balls that were very nice in my yoga class.  I'll have to keep looking.  These might be good for playing lacrosse though haha.
