Alone, holding moisture after a shower isn't a god-send, but coupled with a leave-in conditioner and I like it. I have little-to-no frizz in my hair after I take it off in the morning. It's comfortable to sleep in as long as you keep the elastic-tightener over a layer of the silk to keep it from rubbing against you. My was a little big, but pulling the middle part of it up and securing it with a hair tie works just as well. The elastic started wearing out after about a month, but there's plenty of space to keep tightening it.
