Definitely doesn't have the same pop as a LXT. Daughter is on a 12u fastpitch select team and this is her cold weather game bat and artificial softball (dimpled) batting practice bat.This review is for the 31" -13 bat.I don't think there is a better alloy based fastpitch softball bat, if there is I would like to know.FYI composite bats should not be used in weather below 60F or hitting artificial pitching machine BP balls.Grip is very nice, 2 piece construction helps reduce barrel buzz.This is our second Bustos bat, the first was a 29" and she outgrew it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great bat for improving youth *by M***6 on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2019* Bat has great swing weight. My daughter is smaller but pretty strong. Allows her to generate great swing speed. The composit portion helps with hand vibrations that you usually get with full aluminum bats. Ball sounds good coming off the bat and reinforces positive feedback. Color scheme is unique and it’s easy to find when it’s her time up to bat. Overall we have been happy with this back after 6 games and 6 practices in.
