It looks like a fish hook that has been turned into a paperclip like decoration for hats or tie clasps. There are no moving parts on here. You can use this to give a pop of color and show your American spirit onThe fish hook is not sharp although it is sharpish. It has been coated with plastic, or whatever is coating the rest of the fishhook.
