It arrived well packed with a cold pack and insulated. Guanciale is soooo good, I end up eating it right out of the pan. I typically use it in Carbonara and Rigatoni all’Amatriciana. I bet it would be good in a Kale salad as well. The price went up $5.00 since I bought one a few months ago.
