It is awkward and a little painful to carry (the hand strap is a little harsh. What can I say- I have massage therapist hands). HOWEVER, their packing literature said "once it was opened" I would have to pay for the cost of the return myself and it sounded too complicated. I mean, how are you going to know if it is the right size without opening up the package it was in???? I was told I had one of the bigger massage tables. I did like the sturdiness (in the overall material and strap material.) . However, the placement of the straps and carrying handle are for a 6' for 5' person. To make it work for me (5' 2") I would need to cut off the straps and sew them back on the case in lower positions. BEWARE: know the dimensions of the product and know your own tables dimensions.
