I have been searching for a long time for a quality soft sided crate but that wouldn't break the bank...this one fits that perfectly! 3 different openings so you can use it it any situation or room. Each opening has clasps so the dog cannot unzip and escape (By far one of the greatest features). There are also two heavy duty buckles that are used to keep the crate together when folded down. Great shoulder and handstrap make it easy to travel with the crate! And to top it all off, there is a soft bed included. Highly recommend this crate to anyone! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It has great visual appeal ( mine is red ) *by J***M on January 20, 2017* Received my crate yesterday. It has great visual appeal ( mine is red ), has multiple openings for entry, multiple adjustable privacy windows, and a thick mat for the bottom. The mesh doors and corresponding zippers are on par with other quality soft crates ( I own three other brands). The sizing runs smaller than expected, as I ordered the XL for my 30# ESS and it will be perfect for the weeks we will be on the road. She has room to lay flat comfortably and perfect head room as she can sit without ducking. I would have given 5 stars, but the locking mechanism on the support bars have some movement and the longevity of the frame may be in question. It appears to be stable and support the crate, but it does not lock into a rigid bar as my other soft crates. Customer service has been stellar as they offered to replace the crate or offered a refund if I was unhappy. I opted to keep the crate since I like all of the other features. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crate *by N***Y on December 23, 2016* Very easy to collapse for storage and open for use.
