Dryer silence is golden! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maytag Dryer Model hye3658ayw Drum Wheel Replacement *by M***S on February 7, 2021* I began experiencing a squealing noise from my Maytag Dryer (model hye3658ayw) and discovered that a shot bearing on the drum roller wheels was the culprit. I ordered this part for replacement of both wheels (since I already had the machine disassembled). The biggest issue I ran into with this kit was the size of the installation screws provided. The screws they give you are too small and do not secure the posts to the washing machine metal like the original screws do. I was able to reuse the old mounting screws for the post with success. The wheels are identical in size to the original parts. It is amazing the difference I noticed between the freedom of spinning the new vs the old wheels. The kit also contains retaining clips for the wheels and four washers (2 per wheel). The retention clips worked well; however I would recommend that you buy a pair of clip pliers to take advantage of the two holes on the clip (to spread them for installation). I was able to do it by hooking one side of the clip and pulling on the other side with a pair of needle nose pliers.
