It does what it is supposed to and is comfortable enough. Depending on your height, the bar may hit the back of your head or neck but it is not horrible. It does not completely fold up so tucking it out of sight is not super easy but can be done. I suggest getting a lumbar pillow or some other foam to insert to make this more comfortable. As it is, the fabric stretches and you are just grinding into the metal tubing while you sit.
