Inkbird ITC-308 Digital Temperature Controller Thermostat

This is a very good product. The thermostat on my kegerator quit and the unit continued to run until it froze the beer in the line. This was such an easy hookup and only took a few minutes to program. It keeps my beer at between 34-37 degrees. It's much more accurate than the old thermostat. I guess I was lucky the compressor was stuck in the Run mode and didn't shut down. I'm not sure what a person would do if that happened. I've been using this unit for a couple months now and no issues.

I built a homemade wood drying kiln. I purchased this to maintain proper temperatures in the kiln. It works perfectly!! Easy to install, easy to set the limits. Highly recommend.

I've been using this for a little over a week it's been working flawlessly to set up with super easy and works well with the ink Bird app that I already had. It's keeping my hearing tobacco at a perfect humidity level between 60 and 65% and operates my humidifier very well if it continues to operate in this way I'll highly recommend also the Wi-Fi connection is very stable for me and I love that I can see the humidity level throughout the day even when I'm at work because when you're curing tobacco leaves it has to be kept within a very finite range or it'll ruin it so I have to rely on this to keep it within range in my very dry climate where I live I don't use the dehumidifier portion of it cuz I don't need that but the humidistat portion seems to work well and it does have a provision to calibrate the sensor so that you get accurate reading it also allows you to set minimum and maximum settings with an alarm if it goes beyond those settings after testing it deliberately making it go into alarm it worked right each time it activated my humidifier when it was supposed to and then turns it off when it's supposed to I also love that it gives you a graph over time of the humidity level the sensor is in that's very helpful to know how consistent the device is working

UPDATE 8/2025: I replaced the device that was plugged into the Cooling socket, and now it appears to be working reliably again. It might have been a flaky connection, I'm not really positive yet. At least, it has run without a problem a week now. So I am tentatively re-rating this product as 4 stars, and may upgrade it again if it's reliable for at least a year. I should also add that emailing the company for tech support produced a response within 10 minutes, and my follow-up email received a response within 15 minutes. Very impressive! I was initially pleased with this product, and used it to maintain a reasonably consistent, accurate temperature within a small cooler. But it failed far more quickly than I'd expected. I set it up with a 3-degree (F) tolerance. It completed a full on/off cycle approximately once every 20 minutes, and started failing after just under 2 months of use. If you do the math, that yields fewer than 5,000 on/off cycles. The failure mode was that sometimes when it should have switched on the power it didn't, even though the "Cooling" power LED was on, incorrectly suggesting that it was applying power. The first time it failed I took it out of service and tested it for a few hours and it seemed to working fine. So I hoped it was simply a weird fluke and put it back into service, but it failed again, the same way, within one day. Yes, this was an inexpensive device. My original plan was to replace it every year (even if it was working) because I figured that the relays wouldn't be super-reliable. But a 5,000-cycle MTTF renders this unusable for many applications. It's not like it was operating in harsh conditions or with a heavy load, either (it was a USB charger that pulled 6W steady state, operating more or less at room temperature). Now to see whether the 1-year warranty is of any use.

This is perfect for my needs. I have a very large Sulcata tortoise. And I live in the desert. He is full time outside in a custom box. Now thanks to inkbird, it's climate control. A swamp cooler in one side and heaters on the other. If the temperature drops below 81. Heat kicks on. If the temperature goes above 85 the air kicks on.

This is an excellent temperature controller. I use mine for a chest freezer, which I keep kegs of beer in as well as maple sap in the springtime. I have two chest freezers, each one of them using one of these temp controllers. This recent purchase is to replace one that was about 15 years old and the probe finally stopped working properly. I keep the probe in a hot sauce bottle filled with water so that the temperature swing happens slowly while I’m running the freezer up to about 36°F. I suspect that all that time with the probe in the water is probably what killed it but that’s OK. I’ve had it for 15 years and it was only $30 at the time. Things I really like about this temp controller is one it’s digital and it if you hang in the right spot, it shows the set point temperature and the actual temperature. You can adjust how many degrees it can vary before the compressor turns on again. You can also set the number of minutes between compressor shut down and start up to minimize wear on the compressor unit.

This thermostat works wonderfully for my incubator. It's much easier to use than the older model because you can simply plug in the heat source instead of having to directly wire it. If you're looking for a thermostat but don't know how to do any wiring this is perfect.

First time using a thermo controller for my chick brooders this spring and I can’t believe I never did this before. This made raising chicks outside super easy no guesswork when it came to night time lows and daytime highs. Ran this with a brooder light at night and fan during the day.

Cumple muy bien la función para la que fue creado el producto. Yo los uso en pecera, fácil de configurar, si se te complica la configuración busca videos en youtube.
