Our SBS-2500 will temperature compensate the sample fluid to 77F allowing you to always obtain a reliable and consistant result. The SBS-2500 is easy to use - simply immerse the sampling tube in the electrolyte sample, pull the trigger and view your final results on the LCD screen.  Later you can download the results into a custom Excel worksheet for reporting and trending purposes. This digital hydrometer will log up to 1,100 individual S.G. & temperature readings that can later be uploaded to a laptop or PC running using the included software. Field studies show time savings of at least 5 times (500%) using the SBS-2500 Digital Hydrometer over a standard glass hydrometer and thermometer. Whether in a telecommunications central office, utility substation or a critical data power battery room, the ability to spot check the specific gravity of suspect cells is invaluable.  Performing some or all of your own preventative maintenance on your entire flooded battery plant is greatly simplified when employing this digital hydrometer.
