Hatte all die Jahre ein Thema mit vernünftigen Fischhalterungen für den Holzkohlegrill. Per Zufall auf diesen Artikel im Möbelcenter gestoßen. Jetzt noch 2 dazu bestellt. Bin von der Qualität überzeugt. Bereitet den Fisch vernünftig vor (also auch außen mit Öl Eurer Wahl; von Innen: mit Olivenöl sachte ausstreichen, Zitrone oder Limette in Vierteln, Thymian und Meersalz; idealerweise Flocken) und legt ihn mit dem Rücken nach unten in die Halterung. Grillt das ganze idealerweise indirekt und dreht die Halterung auf dem Grill zumindest einmal. Man sieht das schon wenn das Innere ganz leichte Blasen wirft und die Haut außen beginnt schön kross zu werden; dann ist der Garpunkt ideal (ca. 5 bis 10 min pro Seite; je nach Grüße des Fischs; also immer dabeistehen und gucken sonst geht das in die Hose. Zubereitung prima für Forellen, Doraden und Wolfsbarsch. Was die Reinigung angeht handhabe ich das eher gelassen. Grillutensilien sind nun Mal patiniert und werden alle paar Monate mal leicht gereinigt.
