I've already bought and tried out an additional head for a different body part and, oh my, it works amazingly. Charging and attaching the extension requires removing of a rubber plug at the bottom of the handle, which is a bit of an extra step, but it's not that big of a deal. Once attached, the extension makes it easy to reach all areas of the back. My only real complaint is the threading for the extension is very fine, so cross threading is a real possibility. I make sure to turn it backwards (as if you were loosening it) until I can feel the threads click into place, then gently tighten it down.
