Nelson-Rigg Stormrider Rain Suit

I was a little nervous ordering these after all what do you get for less than a hundred bucks these days? Very glad I did!!! To me they look like great value for the price. Here in Canada they cost me 80 bucks tax in. Since I am so obsessed with the quality/price/value ratio I spent forever googling rain gear. It was worth the time. I lucked out with the medium size. Fits me perfect with a little room to spare for a jacket. Yes, like some of the reviews, the pants might be a little tricky to get on and the lower leg zipper can catch if your not careful but definitely not deal breakers. You just have to go slow when putting the pants on. Nice vibrant orange color on the jacket. I rolled up each one and then stuffed it in a sock for tighter packing. Seems like that might work? It looks to me like all the seams are sewn nice. Have to say after close inspection I could not find anything bad about these. I once did ten hours in pouring rain without rain gear. It was uh...memorable... not any more now!!!!! Hopefully I will never need to use them! To me they feel like if taken care of they could last a long time. I can tell already I will be buying more Nelson-Rigg products soon. Next.... rear fender bag! : )

Heute bei dem wechselhaften Wetter getestet und 100% dicht und es flattert nichts, 50 km im Regen gefahren, zufrieden.

Para andar en moto es muy bueno, El material y calidad es perfecto, su función para mantenerte seco la cumple en un 95% solo en la entrepierna llegas a mojarte un poco quiero pensar es a causa de ir sentado en el agua, pero es algo sin importancia ya que es una muuuuy mínima cosa, estos días de lluvia me funciona al 100 llueva fuerte o poco puedo conducir sin problemas, el precio es muy bueno, ya que cumple con su trabajo. Lo recomiendo 100% P.D. pregunten la talla antes de comprarlo, yo lo hice y la atención que me brindaron y apoyo fue de maravilla, el producto me quedo perfecto. Gracias

With appropriate expectations this is a nicely done rain suit. I have a size medium adventure styled suit with full armor, and the size large rain suit is the right size. I can pull it over my riding suit and boots, and it isn't too baggy (although some bagginess is inevitable). All seams are taped, but little quality issues like the taping not being very straight, long stray threads under the tape, part of the tape overlapping to so-called vent. Although the vent is only a small grommet so I can't see it being very effective anyway. Bottom line: nothing fancy but easy to put on and gives a sealed shell. Exactly what it is intended to do. Material is heavy enough that I expect it to last well.
