It is the first one I read on the subject so it feels a little complicated for me to grab all the concepts even if they are very clearly explained, and illustrated with examples and INFP testimonies, but it only calls for a second read! I absolutely LOVE the fact that the author explains the type with a highlight on cognitive functions and hox they interract with each other, complement each other or get into each other's way... When she puts it in dialogs is is so relatable it made me smile several times. I think I never related so much to any book on personnality traits... Here I see my depth, why I struggle so much with accepting I need so much room for self process and emotion integration... I felt like an alien and felt there was something wrong with me as I need to spend so much time on my own processing, writing, integrating and taking care of myself in order to relax, but at the end of the day I do this in order to take in even more and process even more and feel growth and connexion to others... It seems like a never ending flow that hardly fits in anywhere... So understanding how it concretely works and what main points need attention is a real game changer in order to live an even more fulfilling life and share who we are with the world in a meaningful way!
