Great that plumber’s tape came with it. You do need a wrench to tighten all the way even though it says no tools required. It’s a great product of high quality from what I can tell. The clear silicone washer on the top side forms a nice watertight seal and prevents me from using plumber's putty on the top side. The only challenge I had was the tailpiece seem to be a little smaller than the standard 1-1/4" so that the washer to the trap under the sink feels a little loose.
